Chico DeBarge- Supermodel(rmx) ft. Da Backwudz

The DeBarges are a family of musicians who's pleasant looks and wonderful talents took us by storm in the 80's.
First came older brothers Bobby and Tommy who were in a group called Switch who was signed to Motown. Next four of the younger siblings Bunny, Mark, Randy and El were signed to Motown as well and were later joined by James who was 17 at the time. In the mid 80's Motown introduced us to yet another DeBarge... Chico. After dropping his first two albus "Chico DeBarge"(1986) and "Kiss Serious"(1988) we didn't hear from Chico for a long time. Then there was the Chico that most of my readers come to love in 1997 "Long Time No Here" followed by "The Game"(1999) and "Free"(2003). So while working on Chico's most recent album Addiction was released July 14, 2009 I was more than happy when the folks over at Kedar Entertainment Group asked me to produce a new track for the R&B Legend. I did the track and called on Universal Motowns own Da Backwudz (Sho Nuff and Big Mark aka Aleon Craft) who happen to be personal friends of mine to bless the track with that Southern Hip Hop Feel.

Well in this new world of everything internet, people turn to web sites, blogs and wikis for everything. If you are not familar with wikis, a wiki is a live encyclopedia that allows us the user to edit add and remove information on certainn people, items or subjects. Out of boredom the wife and I get a kick out of typing random questions in google and seeing what we get. Yesterday we typed... "Why does Nicki Minaj say pussy on your sideburns in the song bed rock?" and this is what we got:

correction:
Not quite. It's a bit deeper than that. In her King Magazine interview (linked below), she states, "I just happen to be blessed with a fat coochie." This can be visually confirmed in her infamous "lollipop" photo shoot.

So, more accurately, this verse is most likely a witty reference to the plumpness of her vagina's outer labia, implying that once she sits upon a face, her "fat coochie" will engulf it and extend to the sideburns. She opts to view this characteristic in a flattering light, instead of the usual, ho-bag/scallywag/whore interpretation that immediately springs to the average person's mind.

By now you guys should have realized that I am the biggest Al-Shid supporter ever, and I'm proud to be that. I always seem to portray Al-Shid as a rapper when in fact he is an awesome entrepeneur and producer. Producing for acts such as Amanda Diva, Big Apple, T.K. just surfing the web with no real goal and I stumbled on this jewel. My dog Aleon Craft aka Big Mark one half of Universal's Da Backwudz is on CNN rapping in front of a symphony with a sweater vest on. I thought I was seeing things, but I wasn't. He and 808 Blake of SMKA are involved in a study that bends a Hip Hop producer and an Emcee with a symphony... WTF? That's being on your grind
